i need to replace 4 28" spiral balances but do not see a color tip on the original balances I removed from the window. Which color do I need to order if this is unknown

24" Traco 2390 3s1 ro 26

The aluminum one is numbered 28DS48L. The steel one is numbered 2890R 48. they both came out of the same windows not sure if the aluminum one is a replacement one.The total length including the ends is 30 inches.

We have several 39-069 Awning Windows with broken Levers but the operators seem to be in good condition. Do we have to replace the entire fixture in order to replace the broken lever? If not, if we purchase this product, do the instructions have information on just replacing the lever? ... (cont.)

I believe these were part of several thousand windows installed on Hovnanian homes around 1999-2000. I need a replacement as one has broken on my window. I want to order the part but don't know if this part is correct and what the Stamp Option is. Please help. Thank you.

I have a 30 year old home that has tilt out double hung windows installed. I need to replace the pivot locks but I cannot locate any manufacturer's Product labels. I have casement windows with internal mounted screens without cranks, which makes it very inconvenient to open the windows. These windows are original to the house, which was built in 1952.
