Most of my windows, now ten years old, have a casement window operator handle (crank) that is stripped out of its sleeve from the operator. Is this model (see photo) still available or is there a possible replacement? The operator is 4.5" wide and the outside sill attachment plate is 3.75" wide. The ... (cont.)

The pivot lock shoe is approx 2 1/16" H x 1 3/16" W x 9/16" D

I recently purchased an 82-260 12" multi point mortised lock. All dimensions fit except that I need it to be 1.75" depth and the 82-260 is only 1.5" depth. Do you carry one that is 1.75" depth. I have attached a picture of one from online.

Item 39-037 looks like the operator for our push out awning window. However...just the handle is missing - we don't need the hinges. Is there just a lever?
