Question, can I lube existing spiral balances, and if so, how do I go about it? Several windows are getting hard to open, but the balances are not broken.

Hi, My milgard window balancers have a stamp 3 S.I. and I had assumed it means 6kg, so I bought the 3020 for S395-31. Turns out that it is not strong enough to hold my window. Could you recommend the right strength to me?

Hi I have your 15-179 spiral balance lock shoe. The pivot bar on the existing window will not fit. I took several of the spiral balance hangers off of the 15-179 and put them into the old lock shoes. This worked until I broke one of the pivot bars. Now I need a bar that will fit the 15-179 lock shoe ... (cont.)

We have 15 year old windows and need to replace the swivel locks Series 2000 DH-R25//DH-30 The 2 screw holes are are 2 1/4 inches apart(center of hole to center of hole) and the vertical distance between the bottom of the swivel and the sill level is 1/2 inch. This looks like my latch HOWEVER Instead of 1 11/16 across the top to the hole mine is 1 3/4. The distance to the hole on the side tab is 3/4. Help me find the right latch???

I am looking to replace the sweep in my restaurant storefront main door. The piece is screwed into the frame. I will also be ordering a plate with the sweep included as well.
