windows installed in 1987/1988 by builder (Globe Homes) no identifiable manufacture markings Appears to be only one screw and a small slide lever in the back.

I have a 23 inch balance with a number 2230 off a sash that weighs 17.2 pounds and a 17 inch balance with a number 1620 off a sash that weighs 9.2 pounds. Attached are photos of the part installed and removed (on 1/10" graph paper). The only marking is a "MDC 5" stamped inside the outline of Texas. Top of the window bungee connects to plastic bracket. This bracket is broken. Bungee will not hold on any longer. Where can I get this bracket. Two on each window top left and fight side.

I have Croft vinyl windows and need some replacement latches. I have purchased some, but they do not fit because of a little knob on the side that slides in the groove. It binds. I need latches that slide in smoothly for these Croft windows. Any suggestions or remedies? Thanks.

What's the purpose of a balance shoe? I am trying to select new balance, I don't have a true original. The top seems to be a 19-002, but I don't know how to determine the correct shoe. Probably Jeld-Wen. The door has a sticker, but the windows do not. These are longer than most similar rollers I have seen. 2" long where most others max out at around 1-1/2". Sorry for the fuzzy one. Customer has a Care Free Double Hung Window. Looking for tilt pins that go into cam block.

I am looking for eight rollers and tracking that is 113 1/4 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide.The roller assembly is 1 13/16 in height, 4 1/2 inches long and 13/16 inches across the top. There are 3 holes on the top and 3 holes on the right side of the roller assembly.
