Hi - I've figured out that I need a couple of 23" Series 350 Channel Balances (with the included shoe and top), but I don't see a stamp option anywhere on the old balances indicating the sash weight range. If I simply weigh the sash itself will that work for figuring out the range? Thanks ... (cont.)

need 2 pivot pins and 2 tilt latches (lower sash) for Simonton window installed approx. 2002. Both pins are missing so don't know which ones are needed. Same with tilt latches - both broken. All parts are for lower sash. Thanks

The shoes on my Jeld-Wen cracked, but I could not find equivalent replacement parts on your website. The shoe sits in a channel 9/16" deep by 1" wide. The shoe is 1-3/8" high and contains a spring 1/8" by 7/8" long. See two attached photos. Thanks. Les

Looking for replacement air vent stops for Schuco windows purchased in 1999. On side of existing air vent stop has the number 26. The other side has PAT #4,923.230 & PAT # 5,248.174, then offset from last PAT #, the number 18 (please see attached images). Thank you in advance!

This particular window sash came from a larger window. I actually tossed out the window sash that I need the window measures 45.5 in. x 31 in. i am not sure what size and weight I need.
