I am replacing four windows and these plastic glazing beads have been on the windows 20 years. They just crumble when I try to take them off. so I will need to replace them. Can you help me locate them?

I just replaced the balances in two of my Andersen windows, using your Andersen 24-737 and 24-1033. The window with the 737s works fine. The lower (front) sash using the 24-1033 works fine, but the upper sash on that window sags. What could cause this?

Hi, I have 2 sliding door handles with broken locks. The sliders are about 55yrs old, one is an 8ft slider the other is 6ft. The only name I could find on the handle was "Arcadia", no part number visible. the handle is 8" long. Do you sell replacement handles or locks that work fit these door ... (cont.)
