I need 24 replacement swivel locks for the windows of my house. I only need the lock section. The finger latch section has the name Thermal-Gard by Season-All on it.

The attached PDF contains dimensions and picture of a window pivot that broke on a replacement window that was installed in a church. I do not know what window brand and only have the part with me right now. I checked around town some and did not find this exact part. If there is something close ... (cont.)

I have 6 year old builder grade single hung windows that have a few channel balance bars broken. They've all broken at the neck of the tilt-brake device pinned into the bottom of the channel balance. This roller looks identical to the one I need for an Arcadia door 30 years old. EXCEPT that the fork on the top of mine is straight up instead of offset like this 81-093. This is a removed lower hinge from a Pella window. The house was built in the late 70's. Do you have this part? If not, it looks similar to the end of any hinge arm assembly (see 39-394 for example) which I can saw off and modify to fit IF the rollers and hinge shoes are the same? ... (cont.)

I am looking at the 351 channel balance for replacement of my old ones only based on appearance of the shoes. The code on my 23" channel balance is 22-D which doesn't seem to match any of your numbers. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks..........Henry

I have simonton double hung windows. Two of them flopped out and now are very hard to raise or lower. I think the springs are ok #6.5 35" pat 5232208, but I am guessing I need to replace most of the nylon/plastic. Please advise what you think needs to be replaced and provide the nylon/plastic part ... (cont.)

I received and have used the items mentioned above but they did not come with any springs, I have some broken or missing springs can you send me a packet, if I had ten I would be good.

I need to purchase 3 sets of replacements. The windows are Milgard; home built 1989. Current balances measure 27" with 1/2" wide channel. I am not sure which replacement to go with. Please advise. Thank you Maria

This balance shoe matches those on our single hung Pella windows. My concern is getting the hook attached to the metal channel cover and then getting it all back into the channel. Can I remove only the upper channel spreader before I completely replace the metal channel cover? If not, what is the ... (cont.)
