Hello, I need to find out which option to get. I removed the lower half of the window ( 34"x 17") and it's weight is 17 lbs. Do I divide that weight by two since there are two balances or is the weight option figured for the weight of the window?

I hate these cranks and would like something a lot more low profile for my windows. Do you have a recommendtion approx 20 cranks. I have a very good handyman who could do the work.

The window-crank assembly does not have any markings on it. It was made by Malta. Can you replace it, or do you know who might be able to? Thank you.

This is a flat piece, attached to the outside of the screen door pull. Says Anderson vertically. It is flush with the door and allows my hurricane shutters to come down with hitting it. I need 6 of them. Denise S

I placed an order for replacement, but now I want to make sure I'm getting the right part. Pulley outside diameter: 1.16" Pulley diameter at bottom of V-grove: 0.84" Thickness: 0.55 (but it's hard to tell because it's so rusty). I need to replace this on all of my windows (18 windows). I'm having issues with 6 windows, but I think we will just replace all to be safe, or buy extra to have on hand.
