The 18-015 sash guide looks exactly like what I need. The ones I need are 5/8" I ordered 2. The ones I got are 13/16" Anyway - What I need is the 18-015 in 5/8". Hello, I've got a few pieces of cracked snap in glazing off my windows. Beyond seeing Alenco hardware on the windows, I haven't a clue who made them. I'd like to order replacement snap in glazing if you can identify the proper replacement for me. Thanks! Jason

The measurements are marked on the photo but repeated here: length 6 1/4", width 1 1/2", height 5/8", The diameter of the button 17/32". Length of arm from inside of curve is 9 1/2". Hi, I'm looking to replace (3) Pella Locks and Keepers. The lock looks typical...but the keeper is recessed into the sash. I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. Any advice? Thank you, Mike

I am replacing the channel balances on a few windows in my condo and have a few questions. Four of the channel balances have the 3220 stamp but are all broken. Does that mean maybe the window was too heavy? Should I replace it with a channel balance that has a higher sash weight range or is that nor ... (cont.)

I have Milgard windows and need new balances. The old ones have an ink stamp that reads 14 2 DT CMC 2. They are 16 inches long and it looks like the 19-005 top matches along with 15-005 shoe. Which balance would work? Thank you, Curt

These are from windows installed in the late 1950's

Shown is photo of same door in another room which still had casing intact. Casing for another room missing when we replaced handle and therefore we could not install the locking mechanism for that door. I ordered the door handles from you.. See conversation D55610. Can you help?
