The screw piece innthe crank handle broke so I need to replace the whole crank but can find a duel arm one like this, hoping you can help!

As you can see the mounting holes are 1 3/4 inches apart and the square key is 5/16 x 5/16 x 3. All I need is the white part. Thanks for you help!

When I cranked the window shut, the plastic cover cracked. Upon further inspection, the crank worm no longer remains in the housing but keeps pressing against the cover upon closure. Can this be fixed or does the unit need to be replaced. Thank You

It looks like this is the part i will need going by the dimensions. Is this a Roto part? Also how do you set it up for the two windows as the throw needs to be on opposite sides.

I recently bought a house and am looking for some replacement window parts and I was told you might carry them.

I have read posts regarding these clips. After they are installed, and used to remove and replace the old channel balances, can they be easily removed?
