I have a broken and slightly bent pivot bar from the top window sash. The one pictured is the one that is slightly bent. It has no numbers or markings and neither does the window.

I need 2 sash balancers....left and right side of an andersen double hung window (approx. 1988 installed). The bottom sash is appoximately 32 1/2 inches wide and 23 7/8 high. The old balancers are stamped with the number: S14 1027 4-88. I want to be sure that I order the proper part replacements ... (cont.)

Door latch does not engage to keeper to lock door. Leaver does not rotate completely to lock door the latch is not log enough. Please helppp.

The strips I am trying to replace hold both the storm window and screen. I remove them twice a year to put in the window in the windter and the screen in the summer. Two Strips are 29". Two strips are 73". End dimentions are side 1 - 5/16 top - 1/2

We found that product code: 39-089 is similar to what we have. However, the the arm length is only about 4-1/2" instead of 5". Thank you.

I have a window opener that says on one of the arms and there is a stamp on the bottom of the mechanism that says 7701.

Last year I purchased a pair of your balances after sending a photo. I just got around to installing and the (existing) rod that rests in the metal part of the balance doesn't fit. Hello, Was hoping you could identify this pivot bar. I also could use the part it locks into on the frame. How do you replace the part it locks into? Not sure what you call it, but it is also damaged. Much Appreciated, Steve
