I'm looking for an awning operator for my home. I tried the 39-278, but it didn't fit. I need that break in the outer arm. I can't lock my window without this operator. I'm also thinking I need a longer mounting post for the crank. Would I have to order that seperately?

Can you determine the proper sash balance for an Anderson double hung window without removing the sashes and the header liner. Can you tell from the sash size the appropriate balance.

Hi: I have a vinyl double-hung tilt-in Polaris Window, series 7020. The shoe on one side has broken. How do I remove the the coil and old shoe from the window frame, so I can replace the shoe? Hi, here's the problem. I have two Fenestra casement stays. They have flat bar rods that are 12" x 1/2" x 5/16". One window has the pivot intact on the window but the bar broke. The other window has a cut bar and the pivot bracket on the window was broken off. Can you help? Thanks ... (cont.)

Channel Balance for Caldwell Window. 19 4 HK Caldwell is stamped on the side of the balance. Plastic clips are also missing. Window measure 45 inches wide and 22.5 tall. Do you have replacement balances and clips? Is a screen made for this size window available?
