I need to replace my window balances. The balances I have were purchased over 30 years ago and have the following number: B23 4P1947. B and 4P19 are larger than the other digits and numbers.

Gentlemen, I have received my order for new rollers. They are model 81-005 for Acorn SGDs. They are steel. i am directly on the gulf coast and concerned about salt corrosion. Please advise if these rollers are available in stainless steel. Thanks Tim

Attached are the images of the stickers from 2 Patriot windows in our house. The balance string broke on each one. I was told by Ply Gem that you have parts for these windows and that these stickers somehow indicate the weight of the windows. Does this help or do you need pictures of the windows ... (cont.)

I think I need 32" Series 380 Channel Balance parts. I am not sure they are Series 380, but it looks like they have the right top and shoe combination for that part (19-005 and 15-005). There is no actual stamp on the old channel balance but in ink it reads, "26 9 34#" then "DL CALDWELL." That is all it reads. There is no other stamp. The pics of the 351 series look the same but I don't know how to choose a sash weight. The sash is approximately 28 H x 44 w. Does the "34#" indic ... (cont.)
