We would like to transition from non-folding window crank handles on our Marvin casement windows to folding handles, does 39-205 or 39-107FK work for this? This piece on the left side of my window is broken and wouldn't hold the window in. The only way the window holds in is when it's locked.

One side of our bathroom window has a broken channel balance string frayed and broke. The channel has 14 3 ho coldwell on the back of channel. The metal channel it 15 inches long. Looks like I need a 15 inch series 800 channel balance don't know what stamp option? Thank you Mark
