I have several Andersen counterbalances that have failed (and must be replaced)......the attached picture shows one with numbers I can't find on your website.

My old snap in glazing strip looks like your part #55-180-6 but the hook side measurement is 1/2 inch and the top width measurement is 5/16 inch. The other two measurements as show in your diagram for that part are the same as mine. Am I just being to exact in my measuring?

hi, I installed two of the 81-249 rollers today in my Pella sliding door (installed new in 1977). The old rollers came out easily and the new ones were installed without issues. This is a channel balance from a Republic Window(now out of business). It has 32c stamped on the side. It seems very close to your part # S795 except the top attachment is a hook instead of a screw hole. Wondering if you may have any suggestions. Thanks, Mike

Hi, This looks very close to the Acorn 81-030. All the measurements seem to check out, but the one on the Swisco site has an additional hole going though the side that mine doesn't have. The part that the window fits in is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. The upper part is 3/4" wide. Unfortunately there are no markings anywhere on the parts or on the window itself. The replacement windows were here when we moved in and have no markings on them either. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

They are just an L shape with a hook lip on the very edge on the insert end At least 30 yr old.
