I need two spiral balance for my tilt sash window. The original I pulled out has the tube measure 28 7/16" without any color nylon tip. The standard sizes shown on your website are 28", 29" etc. So what size of the spiral balance and color tip I should order?

The clip I need fits inside the rail. The other part I need slides into the bottom of the window and then snaps inside that clip. Not sure, but I believe this is a Crystal window. thank you for your help. Peter

Please help me identify the correct replacement sash balances for 2 identical windows. The stamping on the sash balance is BJ14 5#19 8 B7, which are from windows installed in 1988. Thanks, Bill

This part came from what I believe was a Patriot window. It measures 18 inches total with 9 inch intersections. Do you supply this.

The brackets are fine. However, the crank handle broke and the spindle part is stripped. The only way to open and close the window is through a vice grip. I have a window needing the spiral balance's to be replaced. I pulled the old balances and don't see a color tip on the rod anywhere. The diameter of the old spiral balance is 3/8", 28" long.
