I have an aluminum patio screen door that has this type of wheel assembly on the bottom track. The attached photo shows the wheel assembly that pivots on a hinge & is adjusted in height by a screw that fits into a fixed part that is inside the door frame. The lockin pin is 1and a1/4" long. The length of the lock is4 and a1/4" and from hole to hole it is3 and7/8".

Hi, I am trying to find some window balances for my Cladwell windows. One of the part numbers is 13 9 DR Caldwell and the other is 25 3 JR Caldwell. No name on the lock, but a number 12R-8 is on the lock tongue. The dimensions are shown on the drawing/photo: screw to screw 2 1/4inches,width 7/8inch overall length 2 12/16inches, thickness 10/32inch,tongue extension 10/32inch.

Hi there, I am trying to replace a spring channel balance for a non-tilt sliding window. The channel is stamped 2640 and measures 27" long by 1/2" inside width. A counterbalance in one of our vinyl, tilt out windows broke recently. The dimensions of the balance are 2.5" tall, 3/4" wide and 1/5" deep. I have crestline sliding doors installed around 2001. One of the doors (the one we use primarily) has gotten very hard to open and close and I notice that the rubber track it slides on is getting torn up. Hello not sure if you can help but I need to replace some casement locks on my windows. They were made in the 90s and crack than break since there plastic. Do you have any handlesets that work on a 1 1/2" thick vinyl sliding patio door? Handle looks like the 83-055 but I'm afraid it won't work on the thicker door.
