I need 4 left and 4 right please

So I ordered the Pivot Bar, 3" 26-040. However I need the shoe that it sits in. The blue piece where the bar sits in rusted out and both bars were broken off. We need to know which ones to order. Ours have the following numbers stamped on them: 26 5 CW CMC 10. They are 1/2 inch wide by 28 in long, including the plastic hardware.

Handle broke off my Caradco 916 awning window after 24 years and I ordered your 39-083 Dual Arm Crank for the contractor to replace on the window. It came, but without a handle. I just acquired a house built in the late 90's, and have a window on the front of the house (single hung) with a pair of spring balances. I was twisting the handle and it completely broke off. I'm seeing if anybody can help me regarding finding the new part to replace it and how to temporarily slide it back and forth in order to close it. The screw are on the opposite side.

Does the link offset on the short arm go up or down as you move away from the crank? I've seen both options on other websites but it looks like you only have one option and I can't tell which one it is. The Truth model numbers are 15.10 and 15.61.

I have several 38-year old Andersen windows where the sash strings are broken. I took one window apart and the boxes are stamped with the number: D44 7P27 2X7 The boxes are 6-1/4" x 2-13/16" x 3/4" What replacement part should I order? Many thanks.

The part in the photo is 27" x 9/16" x 5/8". I didn't include the shoes in the measurement. It's a Philips window,and the string is missing from the part in the photo. the tag in the window says MFGR: PHP-032-1 SERIES: 830/810S ID No. PHP0495/U31-55/HVS I need 6 of these. Thanks Bruce ... (cont.)

Hi - an Anderson casement window in my house won't crank open/close anymore. I removed the casement operator and have uploaded pictures I took of the part; please advise as to the correct replacement part - thanks. -Jeff

I would like to replace a broken lever and I think your 82-250 looks like a match for mine. However, the 1964 glass slider has handles that are riveted with a mortise lock. I suspect that this part will not be installable? Do you have any repair suggestions.

The attached image is the existing crank on an awning window. The gear is stripped, so when you turn the handle nothing happens. You will note, this handle is built into the frame of the window. There are no mounting screws that are visible. I don't know the manufacturer of the crank or wind ... (cont.)

Hi, The window like in pic 5 will barely hold a position when open, so I thought I should place the spiral balancers. I ordered 4 series 400 35" spiral balancers last week and just installed two on a window. Window now can half-hold like pic5. I wonder that i may need to change the shoes too? ... (cont.)
