I came across a couple of single hung, Suburban Door windows with a broken sash guide. I believe I've located a replacement part in 18-171. Could you explain what those things do, how when one of them is broken the window hangs crooked and does not operate right. Are these weak links, do they break ... (cont.)

Is there anyway to adjust the Screen Latch ? Mine is not broken but it is hard to operate, to the point that any visitor to my home can not get the door to function. I do not want to purchase a new latch as the old one is not broken at all. Please Advise.

I am trying to locate this exact window channel that is attached to both ends but unable to find the part number.

I believe your S385-27 device will replace my broken balancer. However as you can see from the attached photos my shoe is 1-1/16" in height while the 15-004 is 1-3/32" or the 15-005 is 1" in height.
