I'm looking for a replacement part for the surface tilt latch on my windows. The piece pictured is 3 inches long, 1 1/4 inch wide and about 5/16 inch deep.

I just bought and almost got completely installed the Jeld-Wen Bi-fold door and everything was ready to go and the kit had everything but the 36 inch track! Weird situation. These handles are on both Marvin integrity casements and anderson casements. They seemed to be stripped and will not tighten and kind of fall off. Hi. We need two Simonton pivot bars. Ours have two holes and are 3 3/8 inches long. The holes are 1 inch apart center-to-center.From the first hole to the inside point is 11/16.
