I'm replacing a torn fiberglass screen with a much thicker 'pet screen'. The metal spline that came with the Anderson screen pops out when I try to put it back into the groove. Should I use the .250 or .270 foam screen spline? Windows were manufactured in 2000. Thanks for your help! ... (cont.)

Metal part of balance is 21 inches long, 1/2 inch wide. On the balance is stamped 20 FE 33. I need 7 of the channel balances, 6 of the plastic retaining clips, and 5 of the metal clips. (img_0011) Can you tell me the part numbers? Thanks so much, Kevin

From a Caradco casement window. The operator is marked WRIGHT 07701-00 R/H.

I think those are the parts I need. The handle has 3 15/16 centers. The mortise latch is 3/4 wide.

we are rehanging a metal bifold door and the bracket that mounts to the floor rusted away and we need a replacement part. Looking at the parts on the site I don't believe it is shown. It is the pivot bracket into the floor. I would need the screws as well
