I need to replace approx 8 wood window casement operators on 25 year old Pozzi windows. I couldn't find them in your inventory but hope you stock them, look forward to your input-

Good afternoon, I am looking for parts for a customer window, looks a lot like your series 795 but mine has a top hook and the shoe is only an 1" wide (15-194). Can you tell me a part number for the channel mine has 28C stamped in it.

I thought I saw in your discussions a connection between the 15-047 and the 15-070. However, the 15-070 gets stuck in my windows. It's too wide.

Can you please help identify H = 2 1/8 W = 1 1/4 D = 9/16

I've attached 4 photos I took of the window parts I need to order for a Viking Tilt Window. If I could get two of each part for each side of the window that would be great. Need a replacement roller - wheels are gone! I think the wheel was 1&1/2in. The housing is 1&5/8 in long and 1&1/16in wide and 3/4in thick

I need this pivot bar. It is 3-1/4" long and 1/4" to 5/16" in width. and also the part that sticks out from the side of the window frame is 13/16... Regarding your 26-336, the only thing that worries me is where the rounded flat part is I would rather it just be straight.

im looking for at least 2 of these spring loaded window parts fory mastic window. There are 2 on each window that holds the window into the frame and glides it along the track. Thank you!

Pivot bar for a Pacesetter window. 11/4" from end of pivot bar to end of small piece that slides into window. Pivot bar is 3/16ths long looking at it from the end. Slightly wider at top versus the bottom. Holes are 3/16ths and 1/2" from under side of bar.
