This is a latch for a 30 year old Windowmaster patio screen door. There are no identifying numbers that I could find. I've been unable to find a replacement latch anywhere locally. Thank you for your help identifying this.

Hello, I have a broken metal cam within a constant force balance shoe. I need help identifying the part please. I built my home in 1995 and used Western Window (white) products. I have attached a pic of one of the broken locks. I just ordered a replacement handle for a Crestline window. 38-095.This is a picture of existing latch. If this helps. the hardware to crank open says Truth 31850 There are no numbers or identification on this latch. 38-096 is to long......so I hope it is this one.

I have a casement window with 5" mounting holes, like on the 39-187. However, the straight arm on my old one is 4.5", but your straight arm is 5" long. Do you have that part? Do you have it in the color clay?

The cover I have for my Andersen operators has the hole for the crank in the center of the cover but there are no mounting holes on either side like the one that you show. Db lo2 2330 are the numbers on the channel balance. The dimensions are 1/2" by 24" code on channel balance is 2330

I've attached several images. I have Series 385, because it's more than a inch compared to the Series 380. What stamp option weight range do I need? Hi - my anderson windows are at least 30 years. My guess would be early 1980's. The balance strings have snapped. I dismantled the header and sash balance is stamped with the Anderson name and logo. The latch is broken I have attached a picture of the broken one and a picture of a working one. Any help would be appreciated, I have not been able to source this locally.

A few questions: 1) Andersen sells both the corrosion resistant and a non-corrosion resistant one. Is your part 39-264 the corrosion resistant part? 2) Some of mine are very hard to crank out. Does that mean they need to be replaced or can they be greased.

I have vinyl windows that never had sash lifts. It has been a continuous problem. I am wondering if I need a certain type of sash to install on the windows, or if I can install sashes on the windows at all? Regards, ml
