plastic piece that hold on fascia
hi we're in an apartment I don't have any details on names or numbers. I too a picture of the side that is NOT broken. We need another of the male piece the two 'bars' that the other piece 'snaps' over to hold the fasia on.

I have a defective sash balancer on my Anderson window. the numbers on the window seem to be CIG-2 1-95.6 High Perf. (Hard to read them.) What sash balancer do I need? The windows are about 20 years old.

operating mechanism
Hi. the part that help the handle to turn is not working. When I opened it up and looked inside, I realized that a flat piece is no longer attached that helps the cranking to take place. Re the "how to" video, why is the glass also replaced? For alenco dual pane, will the lip of the glazing create the air pocket?

I have several corroded Milgard non-tilting casement window channel balances. The number on the channel balance is 32 4 10 CALDWELL. The channel balance is 1/2" wide. It is 33" long. Broken Interior Latch

Vinyl Stops
Looking for replacement stops. Stop is 3/4" wide across the horizontal size in the pic - from the edge to the notch. Vertical side is 1/4" tall from the edge to the start of the notch - so the right-angle "notch/step" is not included in the measurements... Thank you.

Need a new lock
Hello, The door lock no longer works, house was built in 1984 and it is the original door. Only identifying mark on the door is Guardian which only tempered the glass. Side screw holes are 4 in apart and inside screw holes a 3 3/4 in apart.

beveled sash, previous lock from swisco?
