Hi -- I just moved into an apt and the mirrored closet door doesn't open or close because I think the door is too low and the bottom edge of the door can't get over the track. I tried to adjust the height but it is not working. Would like to get your advice on what parts to replace to make it work ... (cont.)

Please help identify. Stamped in the side is 27 5. BSI is stamped perpendicular to the number. Photo 2 should show the numbers as well. The balance measures 27 5/8" long not including the plastic pieces. The window only weighs 23 lbs. Photo 5 shows the measurement of the other piece on the wid ... (cont.)

The width of each piece is 15/16", the total length is 6-15/16", and the total thickness of the pieces back-to-back is 1-1/4". I hope these measurements help.

I am looking for a set of replacement casters for our sliding door. As you will see in the pictures it has a number 7116A-5 on one side and the letter B on the other as well as patent info and number.

Will the product work with a 1 3/4'' door? Thanks,

Just the sash measures 4 ft by 3 ft. I'm having trouble identifying the ends for ordering. The markings are worn so not sure if that is correct in the subject line.

I am looking for an Anderson window crank replacement and must be same exact size otherwise crank will hit sill. The corresponding part number is 7191-8. They seem to be smaller cranks than the ones I see at stores. Thanks for you help!

I recently broke the lock on the dining room window and would like to replace the lock. This is the lock on the inside window.
