This was taken from the right side of a 3 track aluminum storm window. The left side is broken. The stamp on the underside is an "a" within a circle and the number 108. Would you have a suitable replacement?

Hi, On the 40-194 Storm door mortise latch it looks to be the one I'm looking for, on mine it says its a Wright on the brass part, all the measurements are good, do you think it will fit since mines a Wright and yours says it's for a Pella strom door. Thank you

I am in need of a pair of channel balances for Nu-Prime double hung non tilt-out window by Season-All. The stamp on the channel balance is "1420". Hi, I am looking for a sliding glass door handle for attached...FYI: there is no hole for a latch between the gap of the door as shown in the second picture.

Roller replacement Help

We have two Pella French doors that have screen doors too. The handles on both screen doors do not latch anymore so we have been looking for replacement handles but can not find them. I have attached a picture of what they look like. Do you carry these? Thank you.

My Caradco window will let me open it, but doesn't work to crank it shut. The number on the crank operator is 20755. Does that give you enough information to identify the part or parts I need?

I am unsure of which stamp (weight) option to choose. The only thing I find on the old 27-inch balacer is "163 Japan", and on the old 19-inch balancer is "19 Japan". I do not know the brand of the windows. The house was built in 1972 and the windows are the original windows.

I am replacing the Great Lakes Locking Terminals, 15-197, in several windows. Is there a tool, or method, that can be used to separate the plastic channel in order to do this replacement, rather then removing the trim and taking the window apart.

My casement window lock broke. Locking lever (up/down) failed. Windows stamped Sept 17, 2008. Vinyl outside, wood inside. Do you have a part that can fix this?

I need two of these as well as the track the arm slides in. But I find no brand on it. Also the interior cover has no apparent screws, nor does the handle have any set screw for removal.
