Window is 48" tall. On the locking mechanism the bar slides up and down to pull the window shut to lock. On the lever the rivet is broken so the lever will not slide the bar up and down to pull the window shut. What I need is to replace the locking lever.

I'm looking for a replacement crank - dimensions are 3.5" x 2.5" with a 5/16" core. The replacement is preferably foldable. Thanks for your help!

Simonton patio screen door. Black plastic recessed handle. Tab inside recessed area lifts up and down to open or close the door. Would like to replace that handle. Thank you.

Based on the excellent information from your website, I believe I need to order the S385 channel balance. My only problem is that the length of the metal channel that I'm replacing is 27 1/2". Hello, I am looking for some tilt sash window latches that will work for an Atrium Window series # 8500. I called Atrium and they told me these were discontinued but you guys may be able to help. Anyone know of any latches that will work? Thank you

Can you please tell me what part number I would need to order. My window does not stay up and we found this piece was cracked. On the back it says 92-642. I purchased the 39-176 as it looked identical to the old crank. Turns out the arm from the crank to the first link is shorter on the old one. Approx 4 ⅜ from center rivet to center rivet.
