The image is of a lock keeper (I think) on a vinyl crank out window. I think, but am not sure, that it is a Traco. The part is plastic/vinyl. This image is of the top one, the bottom one broke and I can't find it. That makes it impossible to lock the window. The screw holes are about 1/2 inch apart ... (cont.)

My windows use # 87-177 roller assemblies on the bottom and the exact same plastic piece, minus the roller for the top guide. any suggestions on replacement for the worn top guides?

I have double-hung windows. I'd like to replace the side channels. The side channels have channel balances (27"-30#) and the channel shoes are the 15-014. Are replacement side channels available? I didn't see them on the website

Not sure if one of your pivot bars would work for me, but as you can see from my photos, I will have to take a few things apart to even get to the broken bar. This is a screw in plunger for some larger screens. there is also a pivot pin on the opposite side of the screen.
