PART # 85-011 This part seems to break on me every year. Can you tell me what size screws I should be using because last time the part broke with just a slight pressure of a screw. Do you have a heavier duty keeper made of steel and not pot metal that would work?

Hi This is a small retaining clip that is 1 of 4 that hold a 15 lite grill to a French patio door. Timo e can remove the grills for ease of cleaning door glass.

Recently ordered a pair of S385-21, option 2010. Turns out to be too weak to hold the window up. There was a code on the old balance which appeared to say "2010" so I thought that was the correct option to order. We are restoring a home that has several of the balance shoes like this one. The total length is 2 3/8", width is 1 1/8", and it's about 1/2"-5/8" deep.
