Tilt Window Both Sashes Fall Down
The bottom sash would slowly fall down after being opened for awhile. Now the top sash falls as soon as the window latch is released. top sash guide
Top sash guide, to hold in place channel balances for non-tilt windows. Please advise if need more photos. Currently plastic, with a crown top. Any top sash guides that can provide the function of holding in place channel balances will do. Need about 20 currently. Thanks.

Casement crank handle.
We need a few handles. Number 8160 appears on the inside and the inner splined area at its biggest measures 5/16" and 1/4" between opposite splines. Anderson sash balances

I need to replace the sliding glass door handle on a 1998 Radco door. The handle looks like the Swisco 82-005. The dimensions are the same. The outside handle is recessed. I don't know if the 82-005 comes with a recessed outside handle as an option.
