I have Lado storm door and the key is lost. I need a replacement mortise cylinder. The only markings on the existing lock is, (PADO and LATAO). It is brass.

My casement window operator is a roto operator. Similar to the 39_092. However the crank handle is inserted into the operator, not attached. The male/female ends are switched. The number on the handle is OP05-1502. I cant seem to find these handles. I appreciate your help.

I ordered part #82-218 Mortise Lock, round face, 3-11/16". The part is unfortunately at fraction too big. I cannot fit it in the door opening. Hello, I installed the counterbalance and top sash guides with no problems except the window slides down about 50% , I double checked the original CB stamp and it says "30" so my guess is the springs are of a wrong weight. ??? Please advise . Thank You , Mike
