My house, built in 2004, has milestone single hung series 1000 windows. The windows are difficult to slide up and down and with several of them if I open them I cannot get them all the way closed. This was broken due to force. It is a folding handle and I have no clue what parts I need. There is a spring, a pin, a piece of plastic and a black metal housing that fits over the sprocket on the window opener. Hi Swisco, I need to purchase several pivot shoes that will work with the pivot bar in the picture. I previously purchased the 15-135 locking pivot shoe, but my pivot bars do not fit in the cam. Any suggestions on which pivot shoe will work with my pivot bars? t Thanks.

Pictures of 1/2" Channel balance showing label "27-6" plus parts: #15-001, and #19-005. The balance is 27 inches long. The window was manufactured by BFS and is non-tilt single sash. Not sure of the weight of the windows. Need 4 balances. Windows are 3 over 3 with double solid panes, lower. Balance is about 23.5 inches long by .5 wide. Window measures approx. 26x27 inches.

Hi I am looking for the keeper that attaches to this lock. I attached a few photos. On the underside of the lock it says A-S PA 9765. The keepers 2x3/4x3/8 approximate. Some of the pella products looks similar but I could not find one with 2" width. Thanks, Patrick
