I need to replace six(6) BSI channel balances with 19-041 tops and 15-005 shoes. I could not find that combination. How can I order this combination?

looking to identify the exact part that i need to replace here for this to work. the Andersen window is missing the little screw which sticks out and where the crank handle attaches to. Hi I have a 23 inch window channel balance that has 2240 stamped on the back. It looks like it has wings on the slides top and bottom. It is a half inch channel. Do you have the compete part? How much would it cost for 2 to be shipped to Australia? Thank you.

The part is 10-7/8 inch long x 9/16 wide. It holds the bottom of the door in the track and slides back and forth. The top of the doors have rollers in a track. If I can't get this exact part, do you think you have a roller that will do the job? Back of mirror marked APRIL 0781 FALCONER DUREVER. Than ... (cont.)

Attached is a picture of our screen door roller. The roller wheel itself is riveted to the frame. There are no marks on the roller. The screen door handle has "PGT" with the number 1805 on it.

I'm pretty sure I will need to replace a pair of old channel balances with the series 350, but cannot be sure of the "Sash Weight Range". Dear Swisco: I have a beach house with vinyl windows. I am confident I can replace the pivot shoes and spiral balances that have rusted.
