I have been told that this latch is an old Swisco model. Is there an appropriate substitute?

Need 2ea Balances. 1/2" x 21" without ends 22-1/4" including plastic ends. However, Are these attached to the sash with another plastic piece? Your pictures don't show it, but there are 2 plastic pieces attached to the inside of the frame. These are for a non tilting window.

I am trying to locate a lock set that resembles your part #82-008 that is made for a thicker door. none of the measurements listed pertain to door thickness. Hi, i'm trying to replace this. It says on it Emtek 322. The trim plate screws are 1". and 7 inches apart. Hi I have many window channel balances broken with the pulley wheels crack. I have a hard time to choose the right combination of the top attachment and the shoe. I have a 1 3/4" thick slider door. The thumb latch is missing on the interior. The existing handle resembles your Legacy handle set but the exterior handle on my door has a different shape and is not keyed.

I have some windows that weigh only 15.5-16 lbs but have a 32.30 balancer, and other windows that weigh 18-23 lbs that have the same 32.30 balancers. Should my lighter windows actually use the 32.20 balancer? They are all from your 380 Series. Thank you.

I've found your discussion board very helpful, but I couldn't find one bit of information. Are there any tricks to install the 17-012 bracket. It looks pretty obvious. Hello Swisco, Attached you will see a piece of what I presume holds the sash foot on my Patriot Windows window. I believe it is part of the balance system. The marking is 23 4 E0 Caldwell.
