Do you have this lock assembly

The 24" pair of balances I am replacing definitely have a black tip. They are about 20+ years old. The picture of the replacement shows a red tip. Please assist in clarifying this difference.

I have been unable to find this specific operator (Crank). I've been to my local hardware stores, ACE, Home Depot and Lowes with no luck. Your are my last hope. This crank goes into a Garden Windows (Top) opening.

I ordered and recieved 2 window operators that loked like the correct replacement. It was real close pu not correct.The item Number is 39-194. I have a broken sliding door handle that I need to replace. I took photos (which I tried to send on the failed site method). On the outside piece, it says DOTWAL. The door is 1" thick.
