We have two patio screen doors that need the wheels replaced. I believe we currently have a Deltana MSR10 M-Spring Roller (white nylon wheel). These channel balances are 1/2"x 30 3/4" long. The printed number on the balances is 3030. I need one left and one right side with all clips springs strings complete. Which one do I need.

I am looking for these parts. Are they available? I need at least 6 balances and 3 sets of tilt locks.

The first picture,is a part from a vinyl single hung window. It is the clip the goes inside the balance. The second picture, is a part from a vinyl single hung window. It is the bottom clip that rusted and broke off.

I believe I have handle 82-009A which is broken. I need to replace it with either the same version or a more up-to-date looking model (modern). The dimensions match the 82-009A but I can't get my picture to load. I could send it if I had your email address or tele number.

Hi! The handle on my door latch broke off and I'm trying to find a replacement. I've attached a picture. The inside spindle is 3/8". I saw the indoor handle, Product 40-150, but I'd love if there was one with a latch to replace it. Can you point me in the right direction? Ashley
