Hello! Missing a crank cover and a lock cover and need to replace. Originally purchased 2003. Crank cover is 5 1/4" x 1 1/18" and the lock cover is 4 1/4" long. Need both in white, will need two of each. Please let me know if you have parts that match these! Thank you, Hannah

I believe that my balance uses a 15-002 Shoe and a 19-005 Top. It is 28" in length. There doesn't appear to be an option for a balance with these shoes preinstalled. What do you recommend?\\Thanks

will this product # 39-107FK place the jel-wen carado casement cover & crank? see pic of cover & spine. also do u offer replacement lock as shown in pic in white . need 23 crank/covers & 46 locks. thanks

How can measurement the balances size in a window tilt

The number is 2230 is for a window balance I will sent a picture of the ends half inch

I believe your S500 series is a match for my balance however I do not see a white tip option. My balance is 30" long, 5/8" in diameter for a non-tilt window.

Vinyl double hung window. Top sash is stationary, only bottom sash tilts. The pivot bar has 3 holes but only the single hole on the end is used and is threaded. My pivot shoe is 15-213
