I need several locks to replace broken ones! HELP!

ONE PICTURE IS OF BROKEN PART AND ONE IS NOT BROKEN. THIS IS THE PART THAT THE PIVOT ROD AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW INSERTS INTO WHICH I ALSO NEED. The latch handle seems very loose. When I move it up to unlock door the lock latch does unlock but it goes up into the door and gets stuck. I can gently pry it down. I've verify that dimensional the original Pella storm door lock match the 40-191 Storm Door Multi-point, but I have included a photo of the serial number to determine if the 40-191 component will be compatible.

Hi! My pocket doors squeak something fierce and I'd like to lube them but I'm not sure what to use. The doors appear to hang from a set of 23-138 rollers. Should I use grease? Oil? Silicone? Graphite? Thanks, Derek

This part looks similar to the Capitol 800 but the curved end has a definite bead along one edge, and no 'hook' at the other edge. Mine is also larger. Color is black. It is off a metal slider window in a fairly old condo.

Trying to find replacement snap-in. It appears to be very similar to the Wenco on your site. The overall height is 7/8" rather than the 3/4" of the Wenco. I need a corner key that is square cut 7/16 or 1/2 x 1/4 x3/4. I see that product 95-112 is 1/4 x 3/4 but is the width of the 1/4 part 7/16 or 1/2 cause that's what I need ? Thanks , Tim

The broken latch on the patio door says Alenco, Bryan, TX. The sliding door is mounted on the outside. The latch includes a short security bar that inserts into the keeper above the latch hook.
