The size on the snap-in glazing is 1/2 inch for the flat bottom piece by 1/2 inch for the curved part. The flat piece fits under the glass and there is a very tiny ridge just before you get to part that curves up. That tiny ridge "locks" the glazing into the frame. Of course these are aluminum ... Do you have any plastic glazing strips that will work on Alcan windows. Attached are two photos of the existing strips and dimensions. Do you also make aluminum flat replacement interior grids (mullions)? Thanks

The channel balances in my windows have a winged shoe at the top but not the bottom. How critical is it that I match this configuration?
