I FOUND THE FIRST SPACER, 39-557, BUT AM UNABLE TO FIND THE SECOND. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Greetings All, These plastic strips run across the top and bottom of my all wood casement windows. The windows are stamped "Hurd 1978". Any suggestions where I could find it? Great forum!!!

Hi My vinyl replacement windows are about 15-20 yrs old. We need vent latch replacement parts. The opening of the vent latch is 1 1/8" high by 1/4" wide. I was wondering if part #26-107 would fit this opening as a replacement? Thanks very much. Jeff D

I have a stamp on the balance that has the label above tha 2910 that reads DB L02. What does this mean?

looking for replacement part

I have 4 rollers identical to the 84-100 except that they are only 3/8" wide or 13/32 do you have another one that is that wide all other measurements are ver close.

I accidentally installed my replacement vent latch upside down -- it fits great and everything.... it's just upside down. Any way to get it out without breaking it and put it right side up? Thanks.

I purchased a door handle less than a year ago and it has already broken. Do you know if they are guaranteed or not? I also would like to know if there is a one piece handle instead of this one that has already broke.

Hello- I recently purchased the 29" series 380 balances. The sash will not go back in over the balances.
