i have an Andersen sash counter balance part number D21 7# 31 281 I cannot find any part with this number. I need 4 replacements can you help

I have attached 4 photos, these windows use 4 ea 5.5 lb springs, two on each side. The current spring, see photo, says 5.5 and 33" but it has a 20" section that is not coiled that gives an over all length of 53". I have attached a pic of the roller from a Jeld wen 60x80 white aluminum screen 2012 vintage door bottom left inside position. Looks like your 84-091M but the wheel OD is 1"and 5/16 or 1"and 1/4" and the top wire is more 180 degree vs a 90 degree turn. otherwise same dimensions

Hi, we are trying to track down the cams for the sash locks. It appears we are only going to need the cam's themselves and not the whole sash. Are the cam locks on your site the right size for this or are their different sizes?
