Anderson sash balance ID
I have an Anderson sash balance with a snapped cord. Need a replacement. The numbers that are stamped on mine is as follows; EE 4 25 28 this is out of the garage. They are single glazed glass. Going by the glass size puts the window at a 28310. Do you carry the correct balance?

Spiral balance weight issue
After watching your videos (which were a great help by the way) I decided to weigh my sashes before ordering new spiral balances and they came in at 29.8 lbs. Replacement window sprial balance pivot shoe
I need a couple of balance pivot shoe as shown in the picture. I couldn't get any markings. Any chance you could tell what part from the picture? The height is 2", the width is pretty close to 2". 33-089 with white truss head
I have been looking at your part #33-089 and wonder if you can get this with a truss head rather than a pan head? White truss head #6 x 3/4" screws are darn hard to find I am learning.......thank you!

Need replacement sliding door handle.
This handle is 7 1/4" long on the inside piece and 6" long on the outside piece. Distance between screw holes in 5". Center key lock.

window too heavy for available balances

Hinge arm for pella casement window
I'm looking for a Hinge Arm for a 1980 pella casement window. It is approx. 4-1/2 long and 1/2" wide. The Nylon hinge shoe attaches to this part. The window is 28x48 and opens inside out from right to left.
