So it appears that the closest offering you guys have for me is too long or too short. The 380 series has the right ends, but my length is 25 and 5/8ths, metal edge to metal edge excluding the clips. Do I need a custom size? My broken balance has 25 4 3SI RH stamped on it.

This is a window sash lift from a wood double hung window vintage 1950's home. Would you have this item? I'm trying to match the bolt pattern and spacing in order to match screw holes in the wood and the outline pattern from the metal edge. Thanks.

How do I get the old roller assembly out of the screen door frame? The only screws are the adjustment screws. The assembly is anchored on what appears to be an eye bolt with a pin thru the middle extending out both side of the holes in the bracket behind the wheel.

I'm looking for a replacement Anderson Sash Balance. A number on one side of the original balance says "D29 7#27 2 85" A number on other sides says "11600-3".
