I need replacement window cranks that match this one. It is brown/bronze in color. Right hand. The measurement from the top screw to the bottom screw is 5". The dimension between the two bottom screws, which are offset (one is higher than the other) is 1-1/2". The retractable arm is 2-5/8" from ... (cont.)

Because of house settling or earthquake the locks (door and deadbolt) on my basement door do not line up. They are off about 1/4+ inch. I can't just move the latches down because the screw holes that hold the latches would overlap and the holes would become bigger. (Hopefully you know what I mean ... (cont.)

The pictures I have attached looks like your item no 15-152. The measurements are about 1 1/4" wide, about 2" long and about 5/8" deep.

1992 Jordon windows. Two sizes: one 23" channel, one 29" channel. Please see attached photos. Ends are the same for both. The 23" channel is part of a 48"w x 48"h window. I have single hung Alenco windows installed in 1967 or 68. Both balance springs are shot and sticking out the bottom of the sash. Do you have replacement parts and can you tell me how to replace them? I don't know how to remove the sash either since they don't have the removal clips. ... (cont.)
