Any chance this part is readily available?

I have two windows that need replacement of sash balance. The part images were uploaded. The number shows D20 7 #27 1034.Can you please let me know which parts I should buy for the job. Do you sell them in pairs or I should order individually? Thanks

Looking for a replacement for this window crank opener for a skylight, as the interior gearing is stripped. Maybe Andersen, but not sure, and doesn't match anything I'm seeing online.

I just ordered part 83-018 to replace my broken latch. As you can see by the picture, it broke when someone on the outside didn't know the the twist lock was engaged and yanked on the handle. 1ST POST HAD 3 PICTURES AND DIDN'T GO. 1 PICTURE ATTACHED. GOT TO BE PART # 81-149. ALL MEASUREMENTS MATCH. ANY IDEA WHERE TO GET THE WEATHER STRIPPING THAT IS IN THE SAME CHANNEL AS THE 2 SETS OF ROLLERS. I DAMAGED IT PULLING OUT A ROLLER. CHANNEL IS 3/4" BY 35 1/2".

Appears to be Caradco windows; numbers 40055 on bottom of the operator, along with an logo of a window and a "T" in the center of the window. I see you have replacement operators with 9 1/2" arms and 13 1/2" arms. This one seems to measure 11". Please tell me you can help. Thanks ... (cont.)
