How do I identification which sash balance to use on a 3046 Andersen window?

Is it possible that if you have a beefer balance it would over power the window? How do I know which one is the right one for the weight of the window sash? My bottom window sash is 33" w x 23" h. Hi, Just moved into a house with a lot of Andersen Windows. There are a few on the east side of the house (lots of sun?)whose bottom snap in vinyl glazing has popped out. It "seems" as if the channel that the glazing snaps into is warped to the point that the glazing will not "snap in" anymore. ... (cont.)

I have a tilt window with a plain channel and looks very much like the 765 series. It is 21 inches long and on the channel it says w 20 3 ex cmcl. From that info my guess was I should order the 20-3 option and just want to confirm if that is correct. Thanks

Trying to repair a couple ancient Nuprime windows in my father's old house, where the channel pieces have decomposed. The channel itself is a 1/2" w aluminum channel which is stamped "3030). I need help deciding whether my existing window channel balance is a series 351 or series 390. The channel balance is 22 inches long and 0.5 inch wide. The problem is the bottom shoe.
