Replacement sash counterbalance for Andersen 2846 double hung Narroline. Old counterbalance had these numbers: "BE19 9 272-87" and on the other side "11600-17" Thank you!

I am replacing at least 8 window channel balances- all of which have failed in the same way: the bottom of the metal spring (that attaches to the cord pulley) has broken. Does this mean that I should choose a heavier weight for the spring? The current marking on my channel balances is 3230G T ... (cont.)

This is a 23" window balance with no names, numbers or markings. The top of the balance was secured by a single screw through the cylinder itself. Any help is appreciated

I have several windows that use what i can best tell is use the 33" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-33. The code on the channel balance is 32 6 FQ cadwell. My problem is this I do not think the balance broke in the sense the string or spring broke but the tension is so high on the win ... (cont.)

I am looking at your Dyad operator #39-188. I have one just like this except the arm length is 4 7/16" instead of the 5". Will that effect the operation of the window or do they make a different arm size?

I have single tilt widows and these pieces broke i believe this it the end on the sash support with the rectangle inside the circle it closely resembles a 900 series you carry i would also like to replace the sash supports as well
