You have a very easy to use web site, but I just can't figure out which channel balances to order. I need 34"L, 1/2"W full assemblies that have the ends to match the photos I've attached.

We are looking for parts for three Kenco windows. We have a 29" balance and are looking for - 2 springs and 6 retainers that screw onto the top of the window. I have a few more photos than what is attached and can send them if needed. Series Mark 40/50.

I need to replace balances in my friends home. The marking on the balance indicates a 3500 BSI There is also an XL after the BSI. I will be looking to replace 16 balances

I would like to add a key lock to my Crestline sliding glass door. The door is about 1 1/2" thick. The outside handle looks like it could have a key but we forgot to order a keyed door when we bought it. Do you have something that will work with this type of door?

Hi, I'm having trouble finding the replacement parts for my sash window balance. The balance is 1/2'' wide. I would also need to purchase the shoes, top, and sash guide.
