Looking for a replacement part for peachtree sliding screen door bottom wheel part number 9600. Can you help me?

This wheel housing was pulled from a sliding glass door. The wheel thickness is 3/8" thick, diameter 1 3/4". Unfortunately the wheel is frozen yet I can make out the words "MIAM???? ??? Recently my parent's house was burglarized. They gained entry through a casement window that was mounted fairly low to the ground. I believe I have a 39-083 crank operator and want to know if I can switch over to a lever type operator. The crank operator that I have now seems prone to breaking the worm gear inside. this will be my 3rd replacement. Randy
