The bottom rollers (pic attached) is broken. I believe the replacement part is 84-139, but not sure. I had a hard time taking it out..it broke into pieces. Will there be instructions to remove and install included if I purchase a new one? Thanks,

Please see the image attached. The white plastic guides for the casement windows have cracked. They measure 3.375" (3 3/8") high and 15/16" wide. My casement Window Crank needs repair - SYMPTOM: It will NOT crank closed the last 1 inch to close, also will NOT engage to open the first inch I have attached a photo, the upper left corner of the Casement Window is stamped with Caradco 12/83

The only markings are inside the crank and there is a number 2 stamped for the right hand crank. The left hand crank has the letter "L" and the number "1" stamped inside of it. Hi, 23 1/2 X 36 bathroom window. On both sides of window, the metal strap broke(coils?) Was told window was purchased from Jilco. Do not see any names/numbers on parts or window. Windows manufacturer cannot be identified. Crank mechanism needs replacing. Gear axle pops out and doesn't stay in place. Now gear of crank does not engage with hand crank, and may be worn. My Forever View door was purchased in 1997. Will your 55-109 fit? The 6269 was in the installation and references a screen replacment kit. I realize I will have to buy screen but wanted to make sure the spline would work. Thanks, Bob
